AI Rank Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AI Rank, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using AI Rank on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to this agreement.

2. Description of Service

AI Rank provides SEO automation, AI-powered content assistance, publishing integrations (including WordPress and Telegram), and analytics tools (“Services”). We may update or enhance the Services at any time. Certain features may require paid subscriptions or third-party credentials that you manage.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@airank.sg if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

While using AI Rank you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party platform policy (Meta, Telegram, WordPress, etc.).
  • Upload malicious code, automate spam, or scrape data without permission.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of all content you create or upload.
  • You grant AI Rank a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Services.
  • We do not claim ownership over any connected social accounts or their content.

7. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (e.g., Facebook, Telegram, WordPress) you authorize AI Rank to access those accounts as described during the connection flow. You are responsible for complying with each provider’s terms and revoking access if no longer needed.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI Rank is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform. Upon termination we will deactivate your account and follow the data deletion process described above.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of AI Rank after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
