User Data Deletion

If you want to request deletion of your data associated with AI Rank, please use one of the options below.

Option 1: Delete from inside your account

Log in to your account and disconnect any connected social accounts from the Profile page. If you want full deletion, contact support.

Option 2: Contact support

Email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address you used to register. We will respond with verification steps and process the request.

Facebook data

If you connected Facebook, you can also remove the app from your Facebook settings. Once removed, the app will no longer be able to access your Facebook data.
